Tree Permits

Tree Permits are available from the Public Works Department. Please call (814)533-2061 explaining where the tree is and why you want it removed. We will send a Supervisor out to inspect the tree and give you either confirmation or denial and issue the permit for the removal of the tree.

Dumpster Permits

The dumpster permits are issued by the Public Works Department. Please fill out all the required information and either send it in to the Public Works Department, Room 202-City Hall, 401 Main Street, Johnstown, PA 15901., or fax it to (814) 533-2125. We will then have it either confirmed or denied and will let you know of our decision.
