Records Bureau
The Records Bureau serves as a central data center for all police matters. Here, criminal arrests along with traffic and non-traffic citations are entered into a computer system and updated as needed.
Please note: The records clerks do not dispatch police officers. You must use the non-emergency number 1-800-281-1680 or 911.
You can receive a copy of commonwealth accident reports from the bureau for $15, while a form letter is available at no charge for non-reportable accidents. Also, fingerprinting is available for employment clearances for a fee of $15. All requests can be made by calling (814) 533-2068.
Please note: Police reports can be obtained by completing a "Public Record Request Form" in the City Manager's Office 401 Main Street Johnstown Pa 15901.
