Johnstown Police Department Capt. Andrew Frear

Andrew Frear has been a member of the Johnstown Police Dept. since 1989. In 1994 Officer Frear was promoted to Sergeant and teamed up with his K-9 partner "Bram", until 1997.

Sgt. Frear was promoted to Captain of the force in 2003. Capt. Frear is a member of the S.E.R.T. Team and received training thru the N.T.O.A. Capt. Frear is also a Firearms instructor for the dept. Also he has obtained a degree in Criminology from Mount Aloysius College.

Capt. Frear is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of the dept.
